Ador Properties is seeking a Site Administrator for our multifamily site in Prince George, BC. This position is responsible to ensure efficiency in all administrative functions.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Provide administrative support for the construction site
- Set priorities for carrying out administrative function to maintain smooth operations
- Act as the first point of contact at the construction site for employees, inspectors, visitors etc.
- Assist with all new hire onboarding and ensure documentation is received by Head Office
- Retrieve/receive and organize invoices, sales slips, receipts for approval and ensure they are submitted to relevant parties.
- Follow appropriate purchasing procedures and employ tracking measures
Experience:
- Minimum two years experience in an administrator role
- Minimum two years experience as a construction site administrator
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time well
- Established good communication skills both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to remain focused on extremely fast-paced construction office environment, with minimal direct supervision
