We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative Shop Manager to join our team. If you love all things crafty and have a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the shop.
2. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
3. Website Management
4. Help plan workshops and events.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring shop environment.
6. Marketing – including social media platforms
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Previous retail experience.
2. Knowledge and passion for needlecrafts – sewing, knitting, crochet, needle felting, embroidery etc... You don’t have to know them all!
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Social Media experience, AI knowledge, marketing skills
7. Accounting / bookkeeping skills an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
