What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day shift operation in our Windsor shop, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Support, coach, and mentor a team of technicians, apprentices, and service staff.
- Dispatch repair work and monitor progress, ensuring uptime expectations are met.
- Assist in diagnostics and repairs when needed, especially on complex jobs or when mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to drive effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment aligned with Vision’s high standards.
What You Bring:
- Licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician (minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience).
- Proven leadership or foreman experience in a heavy-duty truck repair environment.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical expertise - Hino preferred
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage technicians and apprentices with confidence and fairness.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering work on time.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
