What’s In The Role
The Shipper/Receiver manages the receipt and shipment of goods at our manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and timely delivery while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify shipments, document receipts, and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and package products, generate shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers.
- Complete customs documentation and all necessary paperwork to efficiently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain warehouse organization, and conduct physical counts.
- Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks and handle materials as needed.
- Process paperwork, maintain records, and resolve document-related issues.
- Follow safety regulations, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to company policies.
- Schedule freight appointments, make deliveries, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items, strong mathematical skills, computer literacy, and proficiency with material handling equipment.
- Team player, strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
- Manual dexterity and lifting up to 50 lbs required.
- Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and odors; work in various environments.
- Full-time with potential overtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
