Our Shipper/Receivers deliver exceptional service by performing various duties related to inventory management and delivery of parts and accessories. Responsibilities
- Verify receiving and receipt-in parts shipments
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service over the phone and in person
- Put shipments away in correct location
- Maintain records of pick ups, deliveries, signatures, and authorizations
- Assist in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising, and inventory counts
- Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
- Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Shipping/Receiving, or materials handling experience
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts, and operate vehicles and equipment to safety standards
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
- Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge an asset
