Are you a tech‑savvy, detail‑driven, and energized by fast‑paced work? Join Innoflo’s shipping team and be at the heart of our logistics operations. As our Shipper/Receiver, you'll oversee the accurate, safe, and timely movement of materials in and out of our facility. This full‑time role supports both inbound and outbound logistics in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional after-hours work. This role is best suited to individuals with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment. Please apply only if you meet this requirement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments with precision and safety, handling both indoor and outdoor work
  • Use our shipping/inventory software (ERP) to record and reconcile transactions accurately
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping
  • Load/unload shipments using forklift and manual equipment
  • Inspect received goods for overages, shortages, and damages
  • Coordinate courier pickups and maintain necessary shipping documentation
  • Participate in cycle counts, returns processing, inventory adjustments, and other warehouse tasks
  • Assist when needed with logistics support for special projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 or more years’ experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse logistics is a must
  • Forklift certification
  • Strong comfort with inventory software (e.g. Microsoft NAV or equivalent) and MS Office
  • Exceptional numeracy skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well independently
  • Physically fit, capable of regularly lifting heavy items and standing/walking most of the shift
  • This is a safety sensitive role, you must be able to pass our physical fitness and alcohol and drug testing
