Machine Operator – Small-Batch Manufacturing
Location: Grande Pointe, MB
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
About Us
We are a small, growing manufacturing company that designs and builds high-quality products right here in Manitoba. Our main focus is safety gear for dogs, but we also create other sewn and machined goods in-house. From fabric and aluminum to finished products, we take pride in doing it all ourselves.
This is hands-on work, not a factory line. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team where every task matters and everyone wears a few hats. We care about quality, safety, and building things that last.

What We’re Looking For

- Good with tools and machines, or excited to learn
- Careful and consistent attention to detail
- Takes pride in doing things properly, not just quickly
- Comfortable working with others and independently
- Shows up on time, communicates well, and stays focused
What You’ll Get
- A chance to learn real skills and grow with the company
- Flexible hours on weekdays (day shifts only)
- A small team where your work will be seen and appreciated
