We’re looking for a skilled and safety-driven Sewer and Water Pipelayer to join our excavation crew. If you have experience working underground, know your way around trenching, and take pride in high-quality installations, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and aligning sewer and water pipes according to plans and specifications
- Preparing trenches with proper depth, slope, and bedding to ensure long-lasting systems
- Securing pipes using appropriate tools and techniques for a solid, leak-free fit
- Following trench safety protocols, including use of trench boxes and protective equipment
- Inspecting installations and conducting pressure and water-tightness tests
- Receiving and handling materials, fittings, and tools efficiently
- Performing pipe repairs and replacements as needed on active or aging systems
- Supporting site clean-up, tool maintenance, and general organization to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience installing sewer and water pipelines
- Knowledge of trenching, pipe materials, installation tools, and methods
- Familiarity with trench safety standards, OSHA regulations, and job site protocols
- Ability to operate excavation equipment and work with hand tools
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
