Level 3 Apprentice and Licensed 310S Service Technicians - Peel Region
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Licensed Automotive Technicians to join our team at Bramgate Volkswagen, Audi Brampton or Audi Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency with both hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers while ensuring that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
- 310S License or 3rd Level Apprenticeship preparing to write exam.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently as required by the job duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for understanding complex automotive systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday schedule - days.
