About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Regional Service Manager to support technicians in the field - ensuring they have the technical knowledge, training, and guidance they need to succeed. You’ll also be responsible for day-to-day supervision, customer engagement, safety compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Saskatchewan-based service technicians.
- Facilitate regular coaching, training plans, and employee development.
- Promote a high-performance, safety-first culture.
- Oversee branch operations, scheduling, and project execution.
- Manage service assets, subcontractors, and customer projects as needed.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to grow customer accounts and service opportunities.
- Participate in site visits, needs assessments, and deployment planning.
- Provide service-related demonstrations and drive customer satisfaction.
- Champion a safe, compliant, and accident-free workplace.
- Support internal audits and maintain safety records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Set and track team objectives, productivity targets, and financial metrics.
- Lead business planning activities aligned with regional goals.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in a technical or field service environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in safety services, fire protection, or industrial equipment is a strong asset.
