Part time receptionist required: Sherwood Honda is looking for a part time receptionist that wants to work Thursday, Fridays 9-6 & Saturdays 9-4. You need to be able to handle customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Below is a short job Description but we are looking for a person that enjoys customers and dealing with a busy switchboard. Sherwood Honda is a great work environment for people who are starting a career and want experience.
You may also be tasked with booking appointments for our service department while our other Appointment Coordinators are busy or away.
Dress Code: We are a Honda dealership. Reception is always one of the first impressions of our Dealership that Customers get! Dress accordingly.
Duties: Great Customer Service at all times! Reception sets the bar for Customer Service!
- Hostess! directing customers, finding co-workers etc
- Switchboard - always keep a smile in your voice, speak clearly, and remember you are always on the side of the customer.
- Paging/Transferring of calls
- Filing of invoices
- Helping managers with projects
- Helping customers picking up vehicles and paying invoices
- Is responsible to provide prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient service to all customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Handles enquiries and customer feedback according to established company procedures
- Being able to “think on your feet”
- Closes all repair orders promptly, utilized computerized inventory system
- Verifies that each work order is signed by the Service Consultant for final close out
- Uses computer to assist in fast customer pick-up of vehicles
- Balances cash and all receipts against appropriate work order

Pay: $15.00 per hour
