What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in customers, ensuring accurate capture of vehicle and client details
- Clearly communicate service needs, pricing, and timelines to customers
- Review open or deferred work and follow up appropriately
- Monitor repair progress and ensure promised times are met
• Liaise with technicians to relay additional repair requirements and obtain client authorization • Present final work performed and ensure complete customer satisfaction at delivery • Support a clean and professional service environment
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
• PBS experience is a definite asset • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Solid computer skills (email, MS Office, Internet)
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay plan: $70,000–$90,000/year, commission-based
