Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about menu items and restaurant operations.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
