We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to upsell menu items with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Competence in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
