The Shore is well known for its friendly staff, good food and incredible view.
The Shore is looking for a fun, enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, responsible, reliable person to fulfil the duties of SERVER.
We strive to provide the best friendly, professional service while meeting excellent standards of food quality.
As a Shore Server, your duties and responsibilities will extend beyond that of a typical server. This will allow you, the server to expand your skill sets and work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges presenting themselves on a daily basis.
The Shore Servers must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
Job Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Experienced in the restaurant industry and able to maintain the highest customer service standards.
· Personable and friendly who make customers feel welcome every time.
· Excited and bring a positive attitude with them every day.
· Professional in their appearance and actions.
· Passionate about food and hospitality.
· Hard working, fast moving and able to keep pace in a busy work environment.
· Committed to success of the restaurant, the company and its employees
· An appetite for learning and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Qualifications:
· Previous restaurant experience is a must
· Food and Beverage serving experience and personality
· Strong communication skills are an asset
· Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays availability is important
· Smart Serve Certification Required
