Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks following restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle payments, process bills, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
