Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of service and the overall atmosphere of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring adherence to proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous; familiarity with Micros POS is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$17.32 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
