What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional service: Take food and drink orders and execute them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Product knowledge: Provide detailed information about our menu offerings, and recommend food and drink options based on guest preferences.
- Quality control: Ensure all food and drinks meet our high-quality standards before serving to guests.
- Promotions & upselling: Communicate current JRG promotions to guests and suggest add-ons to enhance their experience.
- Payment handling: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to company standards: Follow all JRG' Policies and Procedures, including the daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service.
- Maintain cleanliness: Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks to keep the environment inviting and clean.
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverages or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and dedication to service are most important!
Working Conditions:
- Hours and shifts may vary.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
