About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Social Strategist whose passion for music is matched only by their expertise in social media. This role is for someone who lives and breathes music culture—from mainstream hits to niche subgenres—and understands how to translate that cultural relevance into groundbreaking social strategies. You will be a creative and strategic leader, guiding our clients to build authentic connections with fans by tapping into the cultural zeitgeist. Your deep cultural knowledge and ability to decode the nuances of fan communities will be essential in crafting narratives that resonate, drive conversation, and solidify our clients' place at the center of the music world.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
