About the Role: To create high-quality design assets that reflect The Athlete’s Foot brand ethos and ensure a cohesive visual presence across all touchpoints. You will be working closely with the Brand & Content Lead, this role supports the Marketing, eCommerce, and Retail teams by producing engaging, on-brand visuals for seasonal campaigns, digital marketing, packaging, retail signage, and more. The role plays a key part in maintaining consistency across all The Athlete’s Foot platforms, while helping to shape and refine the brand’s visual identity. Your key responsibilities will include: • Design high-quality graphic assets that elevate and maintain The Athlete’s Foot visual identity across all brand touchpoints. • Design high quality motion graphics for all visual brand touchpoints instore and online. • Ensure brand consistency across The Athlete’s Foot platforms, while contributing to the evolution of brand guidelines. • Develop branded templates and cohesive visual systems to support campaign and communications design. • Create engaging digital assets for email campaigns, website content, and social media, aligned with best practices. • Review junior designers work to ensure high quality • Design performance-optimised visuals for paid campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital display. • Produce print-ready assets for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, editorial placements, and magazine campaigns. • Deliver impactful print collateral including packaging, swing tags, POS materials, lookbooks, and press kits. • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on seasonal retail graphics and in-store signage. • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure clear communication, high-quality output, and efficient workflows. • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a positive and productive studio environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following: • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or Visual Communications • 2-3 years' of experience in a similar role within a retail or premium brand • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe After Effects • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge • Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and work comfortably within a fast-paced environment. • Genuine interest and knowledge of the performance footwear retail industry • Self-motivated individual who works well autonomously and within a team • Excellent communications skills, professional, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude. • Experience of using UX tools such as Figma a bonus. • Experience with photography, videography, styling and artistic direction also a bonus.
