Job Summary:
As a Security Operations Assistant at our security guard company, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our security services. You will assist with guard scheduling, client communications, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Staffing Support:
- Process shift changes, call-offs, and last-minute replacements.
- Verify guard check-ins/check-outs and report discrepancies.
- Assist with timesheet collection and payroll processing.
Client & Guard Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between clients, security guards, and management.
- Document and report service issues or incidents to supervisors.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of guard certifications, licenses, and training.
- Support onboarding of new security personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.34-$26.28 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
