Season Ticket Member Sales Representative Position Overview
Vancouver Rise FC is looking for a driven and dynamic Season Ticket Member (STM) Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is critical to building the club’s foundational ticketing and fan engagement strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, relationship development, and long-term fan retention.
The STM Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new season ticket memberships, group sales, and fan packages. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to create meaningful touchpoints that turn interest into loyalty.
This a contract position, 30 hours a week for a maximum of 4 months. Commission will be paid on eligible sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ticketing sales strategies—with oversight from the Group Sales Manager - focusing on season ticket memberships, partial plans, and group sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and current members through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and personalized outreach.
- Establish partnerships with local soccer clubs, organizations, businesses, and schools to broaden ticket sales opportunities and increase fan acquisition.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, retargeting strategies, and personalized outreach.
- Track and report sales activity and performance using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry and pipeline management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up to maintain high satisfaction and retention among STM holders.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the season ticket member experience and contribute to overall fan engagement initiatives.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews with the Group Sales Manager to support professional development and goal alignment.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with the public at events.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is an asset.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g. Archtics) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to delivering memorable and engaging fan experiences.

Working Conditions
- Contract position based in Vancouver, with responsibilities during matches, events, and community engagements.
- Flexibility is required to meet the demands of a startup environment, including evening and weekend availability.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, community outreach, and sponsorship engagements.
