As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our field and operations teams, ensuring seamless project execution from award to close-out.
About the Role
The Scaffolding Project Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day coordination of multiple job sites, ensuring materials, drawings, crews, and equipment are in sync. You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Supervisors, and external clients to track schedules, maintain documentation, and keep projects moving forward — safely, on time, and on budget.
This is an ideal position for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in construction coordination, preferably in access systems, formwork, or temporary structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of scaffolding materials, hoists, wrap, and other site components
- Communicate daily with site supervisors and crew leads to track progress and needs
- Assist with project documentation, including RFIs, safety forms, drawings, and scope changes
- Support site logistics planning, job sequencing, and crew scheduling
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly allocated, tracked, and maintained
- Update internal systems with project notes, deadlines, and cost tracking data
- Liaise with general contractors and client reps for job site access, inspections, and updates
- Attend site visits as required to support planning or troubleshooting
- Support project close-out packages and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in scaffolding, formwork, or exterior works
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and site plans
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and WorkSafeBC standards
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook), and project tracking tools
- Valid BC driver’s license (site visits required)

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
