About the Role:
Kandrea is a leading scaffolding and insulation company operating in Western Canada. We serve more than 500 clients in various industrial and commercial sectors, and safely complete 600+ projects per year.
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Scaffolding Division Manager to lead our scaffolding operations and contribute directly to the success of our construction and maintenance projects. Reporting to the COO, you’ll combine your expertise in scaffolding with a strong foundation in construction management to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results across multiple sites.

Location: In person at our Leduc Ab head office with requirement to travel on a weekly basis to project sites as needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the scaffolding division.
- Oversee planning, design, scheduling, and installation of scaffolding for construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, coordinators, and clients to ensure seamless integration with broader project timelines.
- Supervise and support scaffolding crews, ensuring top-tier performance and safety.
- Provide guidance to the estimation and operations teams to prepare estimates, project proposals, and reports for clients and senior leadership.
- Monitor project budgets, KPIs, and compliance with OH&S and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of scaffolding experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Prior in-depth scaffolding experience on tools in the field is a must.
- Strong background in construction or project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and scaffold system design.
- Familiarity with OH&S regulations and job site safety practices.
- Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Bonus Points for:
- Scaffolder Journeyperson Ticket.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is an asset
