Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain satellite systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to satellite equipment and connections.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure their specific needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working at heights or in challenging environments.
- Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of low voltage systems, Ethernet, electrical wiring, computer networking, and telecommunications.
- Proficiency in handling tools such as hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
