Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage appointment scheduling through our booking system, ensuring optimal use of salon resources.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about services and products.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math skills.
- Assist with merchandising salon products, promoting sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for clients interested in retail items.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting at all times.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred, with a focus on technology sales being advantageous.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering duties, demonstrating strong basic math skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. .
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge through effective demos and upselling strategies.
