- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve processes.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
