We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves representing our brand at trade shows part-time and working from our office most of the time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and represent our company at national and international trade shows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products to clients and at trade shows.
- Manage sales inquiries and follow-ups from trade show leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Assist with office-based sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for trade shows as required (approximately 10-20% of the time).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
