We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Agent / Sales Professional to join our growing company.
Role Overview: As a Sales Agent at Warfare Security Ltd., your primary goal will be to convert provided leads into successful sales. Using a variety of tools including phone calls, emails, and generating quotations, you will work to build strong relationships with potential clients and close deals.
You will be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and earning potential. As you grow in the role, there may be opportunities to work remotely on select days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact Leads: Use provided leads to reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Sales & Negotiation: Work to understand client needs, present our security solutions, and close deals.
- Quotations: Prepare and send quotations for security systems based on client requirements.
- Follow Through: Ensure successful execution of sales by maintaining relationships with clients throughout the process.
- Travel to Site Visits: (If applicable) Visit new construction sites to assess needs and strengthen relationships. Having your own car is an asset.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed personal sales targets to unlock bonus pay and earn commissions on every deal closed.

Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred, though not required. A positive, self-motivated attitude is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone and email communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and build rapport.
- Organized: Ability to manage leads, follow up on quotations, and stay on top of client communications.
- Own Car (Asset): Ability to travel to construction sites and meet clients in person is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets and earning commissions.
- Excellent communication: Being fluent in English is required along with minimum grade 12 education.
