We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Manage a designated territory with onsite and project visits, by developing strategic plans for territory management and lead generation.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive positioning.
- Manage accounts, and streamline the sales process.
- Perform product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with management to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Execute effective negotiation tactics to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing any client concerns promptly.
- Participate in cold calling initiatives to reach new customers and promote products/services effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of direct sales techniques and account management.
- Familiarity with managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop actionable insights for business growth.
- Experience in industry, technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits of offerings.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various selling environments.
