Role Overview
We’re seeking a commission-based Salesperson who thrives in digital marketing and understands how to sell creative services in today’s market. This is a part-time, remote role where you’ll have the freedom to set your own hours (Monday–Friday) while focusing on one outcome: generating leads and closing deals.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, understands digital marketing trends, and can help shape Videowalla’s sales systems, including our CRM. This role is designed for someone hungry to prove themselves and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels.
- Present Videowalla’s services to potential clients (online or in-person if required).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consultative sales process.
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Work closely with the founder to shape the sales pipeline, CRM, and closing process.
- progress report and provide insights into market trends and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (preferably in marketing, digital media, or B2B services).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and branding.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with remote work, setting own hours, and managing outcomes independently.
- Ability to adapt and scale processes in a growing company.
- Looking for a BADASS person.
Compensation & Growth
- Commission-Based: Earn a high percentage of every deal closed. Each deal closed will get you a recurring percentage.
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets.
- Future Growth: High performers will transition into a salary + commission full-time role, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities as Videowalla expands.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
