Job Description:Mississauga Chrysler is seeking a highly energized and self-motivated Automotive Sales Manager with extensive experience in Chrysler automotive sales and management. This candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in automotive sales. The ideal candidate will be savvy with customers, adept at handling online leads, digital communications, and follow-up processes. Leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to achieve sales targets and goals while also supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
- Selling new and used vehicles and desking deals for the sales team.
- Serving as the first point of contact for showroom traffic: greet, qualify, and log customers into CRM.
- Tracking and following up on all ups, leads, and unattended leads (via walk-in, phone, and internet traffic).
- Ensuring all customer information is accurately inputted, managed, and used for training purposes.
- Conducting daily follow-up on all previous day traffic/leads/emails.
- Holding one-on-one sales meetings with salespeople to review the previous day's customers and incoming leads. Find ways/solutions to move deals forward.
- Ensuring that the Mississauga Chrysler Sales Processes are followed daily by all staff.
- Fulfilling all Sales Manager/Management duties as well as administrative duties such as dealer trades, locates, and customer issues.
- Working closely with the finance department to ensure deals are approved, processed, and facilitated in a timely manner according to dealership procedures.
- Achieving sales targets and monthly targets for both new and used cars, and ensuring all sales individuals do the same.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in automotive sales, with a minimum of 5 years of Chrysler sales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience with Chrysler.
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers return to the dealership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skill sets.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to excellent customer service, satisfaction, and overall customer experience.
- Attendance at product and sales training courses provided and paid for by the dealership.
- Basic computer efficiency and Excel experience.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- OMVIC certification is required.
