We are growing aggressively and need a Sales Manager who thrives under pressure, drives results, and can scale both door-to-door (D2D) sales campaigns and B2B partnerships with dealerships, corporate fleets, and property managers.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for owning sales growth, building and leading a team, and ensuring EvoLab dominates both the retail and commercial markets. This is a high-impact role with direct accountability to ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Growth
- Drive daily sales activity across D2D, dealerships, and corporate accounts.
- Design and execute sales campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Develop and implement sales scripts, pitches, and closing strategies.
- Maintain a personal pipeline and lead by example in closing deals.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Set daily/weekly quotas and hold the team accountable.
- Track KPIs and provide performance coaching to underperformers.
- Foster a results-driven culture — no excuses, only execution.
B2B Partnerships
- Secure and expand dealership partnerships (service, sales, used car lots).
- Pitch and close contracts with condo/property managers for bulk services.
- Build corporate fleet accounts and recurring service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts with decision makers and present EvoLab as the premium standard.
Operational Execution
- Report sales performance metrics directly to ownership.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure delivery matches sales promises.
- Constantly scout new territories and untapped client bases.
- Protect EvoLab’s reputation by ensuring professionalism in all client interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience (D2D + B2B).
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Strong ability to train, motivate, and push a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Competitive, disciplined, and thrives in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally when needed.
