Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in generating business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry and a proven ability to secure clients, maintain long-term relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Work closely with management to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in commercial cleaning or related industries.
- Strong client network and ability to generate new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
