We’re looking for a confident, outgoing, and fast-thinking Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base across Ontario. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to handle objections without losing momentum. You’ll be reaching out to property managers, facility managers, and developers to introduce them to our full suite of services — including asphalt paving, snow removal, waste management, and 24/7 property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches to generate qualified leads
- Book discovery calls and site meetings for senior sales staff
- Clearly and professionally explain our services and capabilities
- Handle objections with confidence and redirect conversations effectively
- Keep detailed records of outreach efforts in CRM
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on service offerings and industry needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Clear, professional verbal communication (phone-heavy role)
- Comfortable handling rejection and pushing through to results
- Ability to think on your feet, pivot conversations, and build rapport
- Interest in construction, facility services, or B2B service industries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-up
