The Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce the benefits of solar energy, and schedule consultations with our Solar Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and book appointments (virtual or in-home)
- Assess solar potential for residential homes
- Engage with the community and maintain strong follow-up
- Represent Polaron with professionalism and enthusiasm
Who You Are: A goal-driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role. You bring energy, initiative, and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Interest in renewable energy
- CRM experience is a plus
- Multilingual and/or mobile candidates preferred
