We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires a balance of customer service, sales coordination, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on accurate sales quotations.
- Track customer interactions and manage follow-ups in our CRM.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team.
- Process sales documentation and ensure timely shipments.
- Manage order status, payments, and shipping updates.
- Maintain accurate sales records using internal tools and CRM systems.
- Support the organization of trade shows and events.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed.
- Occasionally attend international trade shows to support product presentations (valid passport required).
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and internal sales tools.
- Bilingualism is an asset: English (conversational) and Spanish (conversational).
- Valid passport required for occasional international travel.
