We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist in technical sales by explaining product features and benefits to clients in a clear manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in technology or sales environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in inside sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
The position will be full time Tuesday - Saturday.
