We’re looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Full-Time and Permanent Sales Associate to join our growing team at Wanuskewin Collective and Gift Shops. Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Assist with inventory management and restocking

Skills you have:

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong time management skills to ensure productivity and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attitude for attention to detail and customer service
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
