Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Skills you have:
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure productivity and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attitude for attention to detail and customer service
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
