What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate at Kohr Method, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members—turning curiosity into commitment. You’ll engage leads, answer questions, and guide them toward their first intro pass or full membership. You’re not just selling a product—you’re inviting people into a lifestyle.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to inbound leads via email, social media, and other platforms
- Proactively reaching out to new leads with personalized messaging and follow-ups
- Engaging in meaningful conversations that build trust and drive conversions
- Tracking lead progress and maintaining organized communication logs
- Following up with intro pass holders to convert them into long-term members
- Collaborating with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.70-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
