Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and store operations.
