Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of our retail space. This position involves stocking shelves, assisting customers, and ensuring that the store remains clean and inviting. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
- Handle cashier duties as needed, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to enhance the shopping experience.
- Lift up at least 50lbs
- Stand, walk, bend and reach in order to pick up merchandise off shelves and place the merchandise on shelves
- Be able to stand on a concrete sales floor for 8–10 hours a day
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly stock levels and store appearance.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is advantageous but not required at hiring (training will be provided).

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
