Sales and Partnerships Representative (On-Site)

Whitby, Ontario — Swift Hockey Canada HQ, with regular travel to rinks and retailers across the GTA and nearby U.S. states.

Role Overview
Own the entire revenue cycle from first handshake to signed purchase order. Your mission is to land new wholesale accounts, secure team-supply deals, and forge partnerships that put Swift sticks in every locker room across North America.
What You Will Do
- Prospect daily through cold calls, rink visits, LinkedIn outreach, and email to book demos and discovery meetings
- Run product showcases for coaches, equipment managers, and retail buyers, closing on site whenever possible
- Negotiate bulk stick orders and apparel add-ons, working with Logistics for freight quotes and delivery timelines
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline in the CRM with clear notes and next steps
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns that drive qualified leads to your inbox
- Track competitor pricing and share actionable insights with Product and Operations
- Meet or exceed weekly activity targets and monthly revenue quotas
- Represent Swift at tournaments, trade shows, and partner activations; some evenings and weekends required
Who You Are
- Relentless closer with at least two years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in sporting goods or B2B equipment
- Fluent in hockey lingo — curves, flex, lie, and kick point are second nature
- Comfortable presenting to general managers while staying relatable to minor-hockey parents
- CRM power user who lives by follow-up tasks and clean data
- Valid driver’s licence and eagerness to travel
Compensation
- Base salary: CAD 35,000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped, with typical total earnings in the CAD 50,000 – 150,000 range for successful reps
Working Hours
Full-time, on-site, fast-paced. Swift demands rapid response times and a proactive mentality.
