BDE & Associates (bdeandassociates.com) is looking for interested candidates with SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for one of our clients. Full and paid training in donor acquisition will be provided.
Job Type:

- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Weekend availabilities provided to trained candidates
- Must be able to work for at least 4-5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
Requirements:
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- A customer service “superstar”
- History of reliability and dependability
- Strong ability to communicate over the phone
- Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions

Role Description:
- The candidate will work on amazing humanitarian projects, speak with clients/donors with the public and within communities, and verify donor information
- Develop a rapport with clients, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
- Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns
- Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form
