Job Summary
Fagonex Cooperation Inc., the exclusive brand owner of Sono Mobile™ wireless handheld ultrasound devices, is seeking a results-driven Medical Device Sales & Marketing Specialist to boost sales both in-person and online. This role is perfect for someone passionate about medical technology, skilled in social media engagement, and eager to learn basic ultrasound operation to effectively demonstrate and promote our devices.
The ideal candidate will be confident in selling directly to healthcare professionals, managing leads generated through social media, and using multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.) to attract and convert new customers. You’ll be a key player in driving revenue growth, performing product demos, and ensuring our clients get the best training and support.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Sono Mobile™ devices in-person at clinics, events, and conferences as well as through social media marketing and direct online engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage posts, stories, ads, and campaigns across all major social platforms to generate leads and boost product visibility.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations both face-to-face and via online meetings.
- Learn and showcase basic ultrasound skills, including knobology (device control functions) and image optimization, to help clients get started with scanning.
- Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and close deals in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare institutions to secure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
- Collect customer feedback to improve marketing approaches and product features.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical device sales, healthcare equipment sales, or social media-driven product sales preferred.
- Proficiency in all major social media platforms with a track record of creating engaging and converting content.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate ultrasound basics (training provided).
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work hybrid (both in-office and remotely) and attend customer visits or events as required.
- Comfortable with occasional travel for trade shows, demos, and training sessions.
- 2 years of experience in social media management and basic ultrasound operation
- Driving license
