Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all F&S customers and community - complete walk-in, online and telephone orders with speed and accuracy.
- Live Field & Social values and culture through all customer and team interactions
- Prepare salads as per F&S menu, taking into consideration customers’ dietary preferences/allergies.
- Restock salad station, fridges and packaging (light food preparation required) – connecting with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Demonstrate attention to detail and is able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant (tasks include sweeping, mopping, light dish washing, and other duties as assigned)
- Work experience is desirable but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English language
- Valid Work permit
- Open availability preferred
- Medium – generally lifting up to 40 pounds.
