Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and potential customers to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct timely post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Promote plan upgrades, additional lines, and suitable devices to meet customer needs
- Introduce and offer products/solutions through strategic follow-up conversations
