What You'll Do:
✔ Become a Pet Care Expert – Help customers choose the best products for their furry friends.
✔ Deliver Top-Notch Service – Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
✔ Keep the Store Pawsome – Assist with merchandising, inventory, and keeping the store tidy.
✔ Stay in the Know – Participate in training to expand your pet knowledge.
✔ Represent the Brand – Help out at community events and be a proud ambassador for Global Pet Foods!
✔ Be a Team Player – Support the team and mentor new team members.
Who You Are:
✔ Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused.
✔ Passionate about pets and eager to learn more about animal care and nutrition.
✔ A great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
✔ Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
✔ Reliable, flexible, a self-starter, and always ready to jump in where needed.
What You Bring:
✔ Retail experience (at least 1 year preferred).
✔ Strong customer service skills – you love making people (and pets!) happy.
✔ Physical ability – able to lift up to 40lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet, perform carry outs for customers.
✔ Tech-savvy – comfortable using POS systems, email, and spreadsheets.
✔ Availability – willing to work mornings, afternoons and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
✔ Cash Handling: Experience managing transactions.
✔ Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Bonus – Experience with photography and social media content creation is an asset!
