We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a management role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong background in team management with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests.
- Experience in cash handling and financial management within a restaurant context is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
