Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Implement effective customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and food safety practices.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
